To join CWA online now, just fill out the form below.  Please type all information exactly as you wish it to appear in our Members' Directory.  Please choose your Username (1 word, combination of letters and numbers) and Password.  You will need these to log into the system and access the Members Only portion of the website.

When the form is completed, you will be routed to a secure payment page hosted by PayPal, where you may pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal. 
Your credit card information is not sent to CWA. 
 You may join for 1-3 years; membership rates are shown below.
